ABOUT THE POSITION
Summary
This role will have the day-today and general management of the Information Technology department with a primary focus on departmental leadership, strategic problem solving and management, and driving accountability to continuously improve the overall IT efforts for the firm. This position will report directly to the Director of Legal Operations and will have department leadership responsibilities for reporting on key departmental performance indicators. Network and data security, infrastructure innovation and implementation, special projects and change management.

WHO WOULD DO WELL IN THIS POSITION?
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of IT department management experience
- Minimum 5 years of designing, engineering, and successful implementing enterprise-grade software products
- Project management and change management experience
- Experience with Power BI creating and management
- Salesforce experience with Administrator Certification preferred
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II preferred
- Demonstrated experience with managing large scale IT projects, preferably with PMP or equivalent certification
